| Anatomy of Restlessness
After a long injury break and without much motivation I traveled for one month to Southern France. On our second day in Tralenta we found this really cool line. No chalk, no entry in the guidebook. I started trying it and after little time it was on again! On my second day with cuts on each of my fingers and feeling like a punched chicken, I climbed this problem. I don’t know, if it was a first ascent (I hope so!!!) or not, but it gave me much! And I was psyched again.. |
 |
| Grotte des soup
One of the big instant classics in Cresciano and a real phat problem too. Fullstop |
 |
| Le Coupe
There is this funny story around climbing this problem. We came to this nice little roof, looked in our Guidebook and that was what we found: La Soucoupe, Fb. 8b, starting in the middle of the roof, finishing right. So what you see on this flic is what we thought was La Soucoupe. But it wasn’t! La Soucoupe starts on the right side of the roof. For two days Tim fought so hard on this, let me say, “variation” to La Soucoupe, just to find out later, that his hardest problem does not exist! Tragical or funny? I don’t know, but one reason more to come back... |

| the flying biber
"The biber is our home spot where we´ve been nearly every day last summer. The consequence was that we pushed the level and defined a couple of pretty hard boulders.the flying biber was defined by pauli and I did the first ascent.the crux is the jump at the end.it is not that hard but it is far and little hard mentally..." writes Felix Limmer (8megs) |
